Thaipusam is celebrated by Tamil community on full moon in the Tamil month of Thai (January/February). Here in Malaysia, it is celebrated at Batu Caves. The celebration started at 12a.m. at 19 January till 12.a.m. of 20 January.

I am impressed by these people. They torture them self as a devotion to their God, Murugan. Thousand of photographer didn't miss this chance to take the colorful Malaysian festival. As I photograph them, I keep asking my self how did they can hold the pain and not only that, also climbing 272 steps stairs to the entrance of Batu Caves. Thanks to all my friends I got the chance to see these with my own two eyes.
